Oh!! MAMA was founded on the basis of a thought; reminiscing the taste of food that prepared by mom.
As a person whom working away from hometown, I had always missed the home cooked dishes that my mom used to make. Although I had searched high and low, but that taste remains elusive. Coincidentally, an old grandma secret recipe was obtained and hence Oh! MAMA traditional sauce was born.
It is hoped that the taste that once remains elusive can now appease a person taste buds as well as alleviate his home sickness.
